Returns & Refunds
At Myton Automotive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return a part, we've made the process as straightforward as possible.
Returns Policy
- You may return unused and unopened parts within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Parts must be in their original packaging, unmarked and in resaleable condition.
- Electrical components (sensors, modules, ECUs) cannot be returned once opened or fitted, for safety and warranty reasons.
- Special order items ordered specifically for you may not be returnable — please check with us before ordering.
- Surcharge/core items — the surcharge is refunded when your old unit is returned in acceptable condition.
How to Return a Part
- Contact us first — email support@mytonautomotive.com with your order number and the part you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a returns reference.
- Package the part securely — use the original packaging where possible. We cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
- Ship the part back to us — we'll provide our returns address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the part was sent in error or is faulty.
- Refund processed — once we receive and inspect the part, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Faulty or Incorrect Parts
If you've received a faulty part or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send the correct part or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you've incurred.
