Order Help

Our on-line ordering system is here to make it easy for you to order parts. As you go through a catalogue on-line, simply add the quantity you require alongside the part number detail.
The 'Item Information' should be used to confirm your part number selection.
Refer to Part Description & Information for details of how to interpret the data shown if required.
 
We also provide an (optional) chassis number check which can be added to your order at the last stage of the checkout process. Car parts are very difficult to get right without the correct catalogue software, if you are not 100% sure whether or not the parts you have ordered are correct for your vehicle - please add the chassis number check to your order and we will check this for you.
 
Click 'Add to Cart' when you have completed selecting parts from the page. The contents of your cart are displayed.
You can amend any quantities by typing in the new quantity and clicking 'update cart'.
You can re-set your current order by clicking 'Clear cart'.
Then, you can either click 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout'.
If checking out, and you have already logged in, your details will be displayed and you will have the option to modify any details (eg shipping address etc). You will then have the opportunity to finally review your order and enter the payment method before completing the purchase.
Finally, you will be given an order reference, and an email will be sent to you confirming the purchase. When the order is despatched, you will also receive confirmation by email. 
 
Other Ways to Order
You can also email your enquiry (do not email credit card details as this can not be guaranteed to be secure), phone, or post your order to us (please request an exact remittance if posting a cheque or sending a bank transfer).
