A Zunsport set of grilles fitted to the Porsche 996 not only gives stylish prominence to the lower section at the front of the car but also provides essential protection against ingress of damaging road debris and accumulation of leaves which smother the breathing areas.

About the Grilles

All the Grilles listed are made from 316L Stainless Steel. They are not coated but are electro polished to provide a long lasting bright finish. Washing your grilles at the same time as washing your car is the only maintenance required, and because there is no coating there is nothing to flake, or chip.

Designed for Easy Fitting

Grilles are designed to be as easy as possible to fit. All of our grille sets can be fitted in less than one hour, and many do not require any tools to be fitted. There is no need to make changes to your car to be able to fit one of these Grilles In 99% of cases the grille fits over the existing grille feature on your car. This does not mean to say that the Grille will not look integral to your car – attention has been paid to ensure that the grille becomes a part of the new character of your car. Nor does this mean that the grille is not secure to your car. Each grille, once fitted, will fit precisely to the contours of the car and will be secure and safe.

Lifelong Guarantee

All Grilles come with a lifelong guarantee – that is the life of the car, not your life. If your grille fades, rusts or breaks through normal wear and tear we will replace your grille – that is our confidence in our grilles for both material and workmanship.

Black Grilles

The Grilles are also available in Black. The Black grilles are made to the same specification but then coated in a black polymer. This has the advantage that if the polymer takes a “big hit” from road debris it will shrink back around the metal, and because the metal is stainless steel there will not be a “bleed”. In this way a Black grille will always look black.

Special Grilles

If you do not see a grille to fit your car don't worry. We are continually expanding the range and we can also arrange for 'one-offs' (after all, we use 'the' specialist steel grille company). If you choose to have a special grille made it will mean visiting the factory in Walsall, West Midlands on two occasions; one for the measuring and secondly for the final fitting.
